After installation, click to activate the plugin and click on "settings". This will bring you to WooCommerce settings page which would have a new Kiwi integration tab.
You can then go to sign up or login to Kiwi Sizing App to get your shop ID on the top right, then copy and paste the shop ID in the Shop ID field of WooCommerce Kiwi Sizing settings view.
2. Add WooCommerce API integration (optional)
The next step is adding the API integration so we have access to product catalog information of your shop. This step is optional but it makes it much easier for you to link size charts to products.
In the Kiwi App, click on "Shop Integration" on the side
Click on "Add WooCommerce API Key". Click on Show Instructions to see more details instructions to get the API keys from WooCommerce.
3. Let's start to create the first size chart for your WooCommerce shop!
Back to Kiwi Sizing admin page, click "Add New Size Chart" on the top right, then choose a common design of the size chart templates which we made for shop owners to easily create size tables depending on the product categories.
If you can not find the suitable size chart templates, just click "Start with an empty size chart" to create a new one. You can also import from CSV or size chart images.
Note that every size chart template we made are only examples. You need to edit the table details and customize the layout to fit your product and branding.
If you start to create the size chart with templates, you can see that we have set up every detail for the product you choose, such as size chart with unit conversion and the section of teaching customers how to measure. The things you only need to do are editing the size table, uploading your product image or clicking to the "settings" with green box to change the size chart styles to fit for your website design.
If you start with an empty size chart, you will see the basic layout with no details. Just move the mouse on the table in the preview, then click on the edit table, then you can start to add some information there. For example, add rows/cols, put in the measurements into the table, or set up the default table unit conversion.
✏️ Pro tip: the table area works similarly to excel or google sheet. You can press "Tab" or navigate with the arrow keys. Ctrl-z would undo changes. Press the +row or +col to add new rows and columns. You can also right click on the table for more actions.
After putting the measurements into the table, you should see table filled out like the image below.
4. Add new layout blocks like images
Now that you have the table set up, it's time to add other content to add more informative instructions for your customers to help them find the best fit, such as, videos, images, or Size Recommender in a size chart layout.
Click on "Add layout block" then you can see a list of different layout you can add!
After setting up the layout details, you can adjust the order easily by moving the mouse on the layout and clicking move up or down.
5. Set up product matching conditions
Now you can set up the product matching rules so Kiwi Sizing knows which products this size chart is for!
Click on "Add new matching condition" button. Then you can see a list of conditions you can add.
Try clicking on "Product". You should immediately notice a pop-up that allows you to search and find the exact product to add. The same pop-up selector applies for category conditions too.
And other product matching options will show a dropdown with available values from the store
After you have the conditions set up, we will also show an estimate of how many products from the store are matched with the product!
