By using this site, applications/extensions for e-commerce platform and/or a sizing technology through API in any way you agree to and are bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this document. Kiwi Sizing (the “Service”) reserves the right to modify, alter or otherwise update these terms from time to time. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. Privacy

All information that Kiwi Sizing receives will be treated as confidential material and will only be used by Kiwi Sizing and not passed on to others. If Kiwi Sizing informs a third party about the sizing technology all information about users will be anonymous and it will not be possible to trace any individuals. The only exception from the above is that Kiwi Sizing accumulates compounded data in order to predict future order sizes better.
