Usage Charges
What are Usage Charges?
(Applies only to Plus, Ultimate Plans)
Usage Charges are additional fees based on the number of orders your store receives per billing cycle. These charges ensure the app scales with your store’s traffic, helping you deliver an optimal sizing experience as your store grows.
How It Works
First Month Free: No usages charges will be applied during your first billing month.
Additional charges: At the end of each billing cycle, usage charges are calculated based on the number of online orders processed in the last 30 days.
Example: If your billing date is March 30, usage charges will be based on the orders placed from March 1 to March 30. These charges ensure fair billing as your store grows and benefit from increased traffic.
